Straightforward rates for everyday repairs, technical installations and property maintenance. The applicable service and price are agreed before work begins.
Standard Hours
MONDAY–FRIDAY · 08:00–18:00
Choose the option that best matches the amount of work required.
FIRST HOUR
4,500 ALLSuitable for individual repairs, installations, troubleshooting and smaller jobs.
EACH 30 MINUTES
1,800 ALLApplies after the first hour when additional time is required to complete the agreed work.
HALF-DAY
12,000 ALLSuitable for several jobs during the same visit or a larger task requiring more time.
FULL-DAY
21,000 ALLDesigned for multiple tasks, property maintenance days and larger agreed scopes of work.

OUT OF HOURS
For evening, weekend and public holiday services, availability and price depend on the time and type of work required.

MATERIALS & PARTS
Materials, replacement parts and specialist components are not included unless specifically stated in your quotation. Their cost is agreed before purchase or installation.
WORK REQUIRING ASSESSMENT
Some repairs cannot be priced accurately before inspection. If an on-site assessment is required, we will tell you before booking the visit.
ADDITIONAL WORK
If additional work is discovered during the job, we explain what is required and agree the additional cost with you before proceeding.
