SERVICE
WARRANTY
& WORKMANSHIP
Eligible workmanship carried out by MyHandyman is covered for 12 months from completion. This page explains what that promise covers and how to tell us if you believe there is a problem with our work.
12-Month Promise
WHAT IS COVERED
The guarantee applies to defects caused by the workmanship in the service we agreed and completed.
ELIGIBLE WORKMANSHIP
If a fault is caused by the way we performed the agreed repair or installation, tell us within 12 months of completion. We assess the original work and discuss the appropriate remedy.
THE AGREED SERVICE
The booking, quotation or service record identifies the work that was carried out. A separate fault elsewhere in the system requires its own assessment.
PARTS & PRODUCTS
Products and replacement parts may have their own manufacturer or seller terms. We explain any applicable parts warranty when a part is supplied.
YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS
This workmanship guarantee is additional to, and does not limit, any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
If Something Goes Wrong
HOW TO REPORT A CONCERN
Give us a chance to identify the cause before arranging further work on the same item.
CONTACT US
Email info@myhandyman.al or use the Contact page. Include your name, address, date of service and a short description.
SHOW THE ISSUE
Send photos or a short video if it helps, together with the quotation, invoice or booking reference when available.
ASSESS & RESOLVE
We arrange a suitable assessment, explain what caused the fault and agree the remedy if the claim falls within the guarantee.
How Coverage Is Assessed
THE CAUSE MATTERS
Normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, changes made by others and defects in an existing installation or a supplied product may have a different cause from our workmanship. We assess each concern on its facts and explain the outcome. This does not affect your statutory rights.
